Full Stack Developer

Description

BMA is seeking a Full Stack Developer to join for a hybrid position in the Kansas City area. 

Job Summary 

• As part of small, focused team, use existing and new technology to solve challenges for both the front-end and back-end architecture to develop solutions in support of the Army Enterprise Assessment System (AEAS).

• Engage with functional groups to comprehend client challenges and prototype new ideas and new technologies and help create solutions to drive the next wave of innovation.

• Design, implement, schedule, test, and deploy full features and components of solutions.

• Ensure quality software delivery through thorough testing and reviews.

• Collaborate with scientists and other developers to improve, update, and maintain applications.

• Develop front end website architecture.

• Develop back-end website applications.

• Implement design to broaden access and incorporate diverse data streams.

• Develop Application Programming Interfaces (API)s.

• Troubleshoot and test for usability.

• Write technical documentation.

• Stay abreast of developments in web applications and programming languages.

• Attend work-related conferences, meetings, or training when required.

Clearance Requirements 

Preferred previously favorable Federal background check. 

Required Skills, Qualifications & Certifications 

• 3 years of relevant experience

• Experience in full stack application development

• Proficiency with fundamental front-end languages such as HTML, CSS, or JavaScript.

• Proficiency with server-side languages such as Python, Ruby, Java, PHP, or .Net.

• Familiarity with database technology such as MySQL, Oracle, or MongoDB.

• US Citizen and ability to achieve favorable background check.

• Security CE, CCNA-Security, CySA , GICSP, GSEC, or SSCP Certification

Desired Skills, Qualifications & Certifications 

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field

• Already have a favorable background check
