BMA is seeking an Instructor/On-Site Lead to join our team. This position is located at Fort Leavenworth, KS.
Job Summary
All instructors and facilitators shall have a working knowledge and be proficient in the use of instruction on the capabilities, limitations, configuration, and operations of the Command-and-Control Information System (C2IS) with current associated C2 software of Command Post Computing Environment (CPCE), and Mounted Mission Command (MMC). This knowledge should specifically focus on the role of C2IS in the Army "Operations Process", the applications of the C2IS as the primary display for the common operational picture (COP) within a command post, the use of the C2IS as the primary collaborative tool for tactical command posts and to include but not limited to its' integration with the following systems:
- Army Field Artillery Tactical Data System (AFATDS)
- Army Missile Defense Warning System (AMDWS)
- Tactical Airspace Integration System (TAIS)
- Joint Battle Command - Platform (JBC-P)
- SharePoint 2010 and 2013
- Electronic Warfare Planning and Management Tool (EQPMT)
- Tactical Assault Kit (TAK)
- Android Tactical Assault Kit (ATAK)
- Windows Tactical Assault Kit (WINTAK)
- Mounted Mission Command (MMC)
- Global Command and Control System - Army (GCSS-A)
Required Skills, Qualifications & Certifications
- Have knowledge and be proficient with C2IS, CPCE, and MMC.
- Have experience with the current approved Terminal Learning Objectives (TLO), and Enabling Learning Objectives (ELO) from the applicable Training Support Package (TSP) lesson plan and Government approved Program of Intruction (POI).
