BMA is seeking a Project Manager/ Training Analyst to join our team located at Fort Leavenworth, KS.
Job Summary
• Oversee and support development of training products (e.g., curriculum, programs of instruction, lesson plans, training materials) and the delivery of training with in-person instruction, mobile training teams, and distance learning.
• Develop Training Development Capability (TDC) products.
• Perform OPSEC instruction and manage the certification/validation processes.
• Conduct OPSEC research and document reviews.
Clearance Requirements
There is a Secret Clearance requirement for this position.
Required Skills & Certifications
• Currently possess, at minimum OPSEC level II (intermediate), and/or level III (Master), or be able to obtain OPSEC III certification within 60 days of assuming position.
• Demonstrated programmatic and operational OPSEC experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office products; Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook, and MS Teams.
• Experience training, advising, and assisting FORSCOM, and/or TRADOC units on OPSEC.
• Experience developing curriculum and implementing Programs of Instruction (POI)
• Experience with and trained on the Training Development Capability (TDC) database or be able to obtain certification within 60 days of assuming position.
• Senior NCO or Officer military education
Desired Skills, Qualifications
- Experience with ADDIE process
- Experience developing TR 350-70 series compliant training
- Experience as an Instructor
- Bachelor’s Degree.
