BMA is seeking a Training Developer to join our team. This position is located in Fort Leavenworth, KS.
Job Summary
- Provides training development support to the TRADOC Proponent Office (TPO) for the Multi-Domain Task Force (MDTF).
- Works as a member of a high performance team to provide quality services and deliverables to the customer.
- Review, revise, and develop course curricula and training products for the Multi-Domain Task Force formations to reflect current doctrine, equipment, and Individual Training Standards, ensuring compliance with TRADOC policy and Army TDC database requirements.
- Create Learning Objectives, Course Management Plans, Individual Critical Task lists, Lesson Plans, Programs of Instruction, Training Support Packages, and MDTF Mission Essential Task List.
There is a Secret clearance requirement for this position.
Required Skills, Qualifications & Certifications
- Have a background in Multi-Domain operations.
- Have background in Army or Joint targeting, Information Collection and Employment, and Fires and Effects operations.
- Have 5 years of military experience with knowledge of training and educational development processes.
- Have 3 years of staff experience preparing and briefing products to senior personnel.
