Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Talent Strategy & Implementation: Support the execution of global talent initiatives within the U.S., ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and local legal requirements.
- Policy & Compliance: Assist in updating and maintaining HR policies and procedures to align with global strategies while ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.
- Employee Relations: Serve as a resource for employees and managers, addressing workplace concerns, handling investigations, and ensuring a positive employee experience.
- Talent Acquisition & Onboarding: Partner with hiring managers and recruiters to support talent acquisition efforts, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.
- HR Operations & Administration: Maintain accurate HR records, manage HRIS updates, and support benefits administration as needed.
- Training & Development: Assist in the coordination and delivery of training programs to support employee growth and compliance.
- Compensation & Benefits Support: Provide guidance on compensation structures, benefits programs, and employee inquiries.
- HR Projects: Participate in HR initiatives related to diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI), employee engagement, and workforce planning.
- 4–5 years of experience in an HR Generalist role, preferably within a global organization.
- Strong knowledge of U.S. employment laws and HR best practices.
- Experience in policy development and implementation.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to collaborate with global and regional HR teams.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- HR certification (PHR, SHRM-CP) preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
