Bespoke Careers is seeking a dynamic and laser-focused Client Account Manager to join Los Angeles team of a global company specializing in point-of-purchase displays, branded merchandise, and comprehensive design services. This role is responsible for managing and growing key client relationships, ensuring the successful execution of design and manufacturing projects, and driving client satisfaction and business expansion.
This is remote role, and the ideal candidate will be entrepreneurial in nature, love to travel and build and maintain relationships.
- Key ResponsibilitiesClient Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships.
- Project Coordination: Work closely with internal teams (design, production, logistics) to ensure timely delivery of projects that meet client expectations.
- Strategic Planning: Identify opportunities for account growth and new business development, aligning with client objectives and company goals.
- Problem Solving: Address client concerns proactively, ensuring smooth project execution and a positive client experience.
- Travel: Heavy regional travel and occasional international travel.
- QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in account management, sales, or a similar role, preferably within the design, manufacturing, or FMCG industries.
- Strong organizational abilities with the capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Salary : $75,000 - $85,000
