A Manhattan based Architecture firm is looking to hire an intermediate architect (5-7 years of experience) to work on education and academic projects. Key responsibilities:
- Working as part of the design team to ensure the organized and speedy delivery of projects.
- Coordinate with multiple consultants.
- Collaborate throughout the different phases of the project from the early design stages until completion.
- Assist in putting together presentations for clients and internal reviews.
- Help put together sets of drawings for DD and CD phases.
Skills and experience:
- A professional degree in Architecture (B. Arch/M. Arch)
- A minimum of 3 years of post-graduate experience.
- Relevant experience on education projects during SD and DD phases is a must!
- Ability to understand and translate design intent into technical documents.
- Software skills: Revit, AutoCAD, Rhino, Adobe Suite, Sketch-Up, Enscape.
