An internationally recognized design firm is looking to hire talented Designers Contract, for its New York office, focusing on the production stages of projects.
Key responsibilities:
- Contribute to design and construction documents under the supervision of senior staff and partners on local and internationally recognized projects
- Create, modify, and update detailed 2D and 3D Revit models and drawings based on project specifications and requirements.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure accuracy and alignment of project designs.
- Maintain and manage Revit project files.
- Assist in resolving documentation and modeling issues.
- Develop detailed construction drawings and documentation in Revit.
- Maintain drawing standards and organization within project files.
Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- 3-5 years' professional experience.
- Skilled on the production side of projects.
- Time management skills and ability to work on several projects concurrently.
- Proficiency in Revit including full construction drawing sets.
- Experience in Rhino, V-ray, Grasshopper are a big plus.
