Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with project teams to interpret, organize, and execute interior design for various projects, with a focus on residential and hospitality interiors
- Prepare design presentations, including sketches and material boards, and produce working drawings, construction details, and millwork details
- Manage projects through all phases of work, ensuring design intent is maintained and executed effectively
- Space plan, provide furniture layouts, develop imagery, and prepare specifications for interior applications
- Coordinate with project teams to ensure that design concepts are translated into building assemblies
Skills & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in interior design or interior architecture
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in interior design, with a focus on residential projects
- Strong technical skills, including proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Photoshop, and 3D rendering
- Solid understanding of the process of translating design concepts into building assemblies
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- In-depth knowledge of materials, products, and product resources for interior applications
