The Project Manager will have strong experience managing Multi-family and Mixed-use projects from concept through completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Work with Studio Leaders to direct project team from concept through completion
- Collaborate with designers and Quality Control to ensure intact design intent
- Oversee complete contract documentation, including mentoring the documentation team
- Monitor timelines and budgets, coordinate and manage consultants
