Key Responsibilities
- Collaboration with principal in concept development and research
- Ability to prepare design and construction documents and presentation packages
- Assists and coordinate site observations and reviews
- Demonstrates excellence in the full range of project management from project initiation to construction administration
- Demonstrates dependable knowledge of professional standards, applicable codes and practices
- Supports the preparation of proposals and contracts as project manager
- Responsible for providing quality control and coordination review of technical drawings for construction.
