Key Responsibilities:
- Lead by Example: Set the standard for efficiency, professionalism, and exceptional patient care.
- Time Management: Keep appointments running on time, ensuring a smooth and productive workflow.
- Chairside Assistance: Provide expert support to dentists during procedures with precision and confidence.
- Patient Care: Create a welcoming, reassuring experience for every patient.
- Technology & Imaging:
- Proficient in Dentrix for scheduling, charting, and treatment coordination.
- Perform CBCT scans and capture high-quality digital X-rays with accuracy.
- Self-Starter Mentality: Take initiative, anticipate needs, and solve problems without waiting for direction.
- Office Organization: Maintain sterilization, stock supplies, and ensure all equipment is ready for use.
- Regulatory Compliance: Follow OSHA, HIPAA, and infection control protocols with precision.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Experience: 3 years as a dental assistant (lead or senior role preferred).
- X-ray certification required.
- CBCT certification preferred (or willingness to obtain).
- Additional CDA/RDA credentials are a plus.
- Dentrix Proficiency: Must be comfortable using Dentrix without extensive training.
- Proactive & Results-Driven: Someone who takes initiative, stays ahead of tasks, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
