About the Role
MOQ1.com - powered by Bespoke Labs - is looking for a dedicated Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you will manage a portfolio of B2B clients, ensuring they maximize the value of our ecommerce platform. You’ll play a key role in client engagement, platform adoption, and revenue growth by providing expert guidance and support.

Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for B2B clients, guiding them through platform adoption, online store setup, and best practices to drive sales.
- Utilize data to proactively engage clients via email and phone, fostering strong relationships and optimizing platform usage.
- Stay informed on platform updates and collaborate with customer success and development teams to ensure seamless client communication and adoption of new features.
- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics (e.g., account adoption, shop creation, shop sales) to identify growth opportunities and recommend improvements.
- Identify and support strategic and enterprise-level clients for expanded partnership opportunities.
- Handle high-priority or complex customer issues, ensuring swift and effective resolution.
Qualifications:
- Up to 2 years of experience in Account Management, Client Management, or a similar B2B role.
- Experience with SaaS or ecommerce platforms is a plus.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Ability to multitask and collaborate across teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, ZenDesk, etc.).
- Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.
