About The Role
We’re hiring a Social Content Creator to concept, shoot, edit, and post daily content to our social channels. You’ll use your creativity to make content for TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and X that is designed to garner engagement and organic reach.
In addition to creating content, you’ll also oversee community management across our social platforms and manage social media projects in Asana to ensure seamless execution.
In this role, you’ll work out of our NYC office 3 days per week, and will collaborate closely with the broader creative and marketing teams.
You will :
- Create daily video content for TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook that aligns with our brand values while maximizing engagement and reach.
- Ideate, shoot, and edit engaging video content on a daily basis.
- Concept and design static posts, stories, and carousels as needed.
- Own the community management process across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and X for the Bespoke Post, Line of Trade, and Halfday brands. This includes monitoring comments, engaging with followers, and fostering brand community.
- Manage all social media projects using our project management tool, Asana, to ensure deadlines are met, deliverables are tracked, and workflows run smoothly.
- Demonstrate strong understanding of the nuances of different social media platforms, with a specific focus on maximizing reach and engagement.
- Excellent video editing skills with an understanding of best practices for winning attention and maintaining viewership on each social platform.
- Draft captions designed to capture attention, SEO, and engagement.
- Monitor performance of your content to learn what is and isn’t working, and adapt your content creation accordingly. Familiarity with Hootsuite is preferred, but not required.
- Stay on top of emerging platform trends, especially on TikTok and Instagram, to ensure our brand remains relevant and capitalizes on opportunities to contribute to the cultural conversation.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a passion for storytelling and brand-building.
- Comfortable being on camera for product demos, GRWMs, reviews, on-the-street interviews, greenscreens, etc.
