Position: Lead Plumbing Installer

Pay: Hourly rate - could make between $80,000.00 and $120,000.00 per year.

Schedule: Must be available to work nights and weekends as needed to meet business demands.

Whether customers need us to install full piping and new fixtures or simply need a drain unclogged, we have them covered. Requirements:

The job of a plumbing installer is to work closely with installation specialists and installation helpers, as well as on their own, to complete all potential plumbing projects in a professional, safe, and high-quality manner.

• 5 years of residential plumbing install experience
• Experience in commercial plumbing is a plus
• Excellent customer service experience
• At least one year in sales is preferred
• Possess basic hand tools
• Proficient in soldering and with press tools
• Proficient in drain work using snakes and jetters
• Code book knowledge preferred

Responsibilities:

• Arrive, on time, appropriately dressed, and ready to work
• Completing installations at or above the quality required by BEST
• Provide guidance to installation helpers and installation specialists while working together on projects
• Have a full understanding of ServiceTitan (or be trainable) and be able to train other team members on its use
• Keep an orderly and stocked work vehicle
• Follow all BEST processes and procedures
• Complete work and repair orders in a timely fashion
• Estimate time and extent of repairs
• Perform routine preventive maintenance
• Maintain material and supply inventory
• Oversee work performed by outside contractors as necessary
• Must have a valid driver’s license, possess and maintain a satisfactory driving record
