Position: Residential Plumbing Technician (commercial plumbing experience beneficial)
Pay: 10% commission on work (could equate to 60K-150K depending on performance) - possible weekly guarantee
Schedule: Wednesday – Sunday (Mondays and Tuesdays off) – must be available to handle evening emergencies.

BEST Air Conditioning Plumbing Repair is actively seeking experienced full-time Residential Service Plumbing Technicians to diagnose and repair residential plumbing systems. Whether customers need us to install full piping and new fixtures or simply need a drain unclogged, we have them covered. Requirements::
- 3 years of residential plumbing experience running service calls
- Experience in commercial plumbing is a plus
- At least one year in sales is preferred
- Provide exceptional plumbing service/maintenance repairs by ensuring all repairs are performed according to manufacturer specifications as well as any applicable local and national codes
- Possess basic hand tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Must be able to multi-task and work independently as well as contribute to the overall success of the team
Responsibilities:
- Build and establish customer rapport to ensure we are providing great service
- Educate and assist customers on their home, finance options and maintenance plans
- Be professional and knowledgeable: keep current on manufacturers’ products concerning installation, operation, maintenance, service, and repair
- Prepares for on-site installation and repairs by examining building layout, anticipating difficulties, gathering materials, and coordinating on-site work, as necessary
- Documents work by completing paperwork on each job
- Provides technical support to customers
- Troubleshoot, diagnose identify and repair residential plumbing ranging from faucet repairs, water heater installations, to repipes with appropriate tools and materials for repair
- Uses a variety of hand tools, following blueprints, wiring diagrams, piping schemes or engineering specifications, to diagnose and repair units
- Train and mentor apprentices as needed
- Participate actively in training and meetings
- Maintain a clean, organized job site and well inventoried truck
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure satisfaction of our customer base and to win referrals
- Commitment to high standards of ethics, honesty, and integrity
- Meet minimum production KPI requirements for sales average, close rate, installation conversion, and Membership conversion
- Be proficient in diagnosing, presenting, selling and then fully plan start to finish installation jobs
- Must have a valid driver’s license, possess, and maintain a satisfactory driving record
