We are seeking a property manager to become a part of our team! You will help plan and facilitate all activities for customer service, sales, leasing, marketing, facility maintenance, collections, auction process, property appearance, and office administration.
Responsibilities:
- Advises customers to the correct size storage unit
- Executes all documents associated with leasing
- Investigate and resolve tenant complaints
- Update and improve property to increase return on investment
- Keeps property clean and organized
- Performs collection calls as necessary
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in property management or customer service
- Working knowledge of basic computer programs Sitelink preferred
- Ability to build rapport with tenants.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Background checks required
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
