We’re looking for someone to assist with day-to-day administrative duties at our dealership, focusing on payment collections, title processing, DMV paperwork, and general office support. You’ll work closely with our experienced team member to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with collecting customer payments in person and over the phone
- Communicate with customers regarding due dates, past-due accounts, and payment plans
- Process titles, tag work, and other DMV-related paperwork
- File, scan, and maintain accurate records for vehicle sales and financing
- Assist with preparing loan paperwork and contracts
- Answer phones, greet customers, and provide administrative support as needed
- Help ensure compliance with dealership policies and procedures
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a dealership, finance, or administrative role is a plus
- Basic knowledge of title and registration paperwork preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Comfortable handling money and discussing payments professionally
- Friendly, team-oriented, and reliable
- Bilingual a plus, but not required
