We buy and inventory top brand name and innovative baby, kids, and toys products. And sell to a wide range of resellers including many of the largest retailers throughout the nation.
Summary
We are seeking an Executive Assistant to join our dynamic team at Best Babie Inc. This role is essential in providing comprehensive administrative support, ensuring smooth operations within the company in a wide variety of areas. The ideal candidate will be proactive, organized, and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Plan, assist, and maintain CEO’s day to day schedules, calendars, communications, events, travels, and agendas
- Coordinate special projects, meetings, and event planning
- Assist with daily tasks and activities
- Assist in responding to emails and calls
- Assist with receiving in shipments and preparing shipments to provide to shipping carrier
- Drive and commute small groups of people to various destinations
- Assist with CEO’s personal tasks
Requirements:
- Multi-talented and knowledgeable in different areas in business
- Ability to speak Mandarin Chinese is a plus
- Must be able to drive and commute
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Very fast with computers and different applications such as Microsoft Excel
- High level of attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
