Qualifications
We have an immediate opening for a staff attorney in our ARC: Advanced Records Center. The staff attorney will handle Public Records Act requests for our municipal clients throughout California and ideally Nevada as well, and supervise a team of dedicated paralegals and reviewers. Extensive experience with and substantive knowledge of the Public Records Act, as well as extensive experience with e-discovery, are both required. E-discovery certification preferred. Litigation experience is also preferred. This is a position that will require travel to client offices and courts throughout those regions. Candidates must be admitted to practice in California.
The reasonably expected pay scale for this position is $90,000 - $125,000. The actual salary within that range will depend on the selected candidate’s years of practice and experience. We encourage all interested candidates to apply.
