Qualifications
We have an immediate opening for an attorney with a minimum of 5 years of litigation experience. Experience with title insurance litigation, insurance coverage, general real estate and business litigation is preferred but not required. In addition to having strong academic credentials, the ideal candidate will be able to run cases independently and have strong law and motion skills. Trial experience is a plus. The ideal candidate will have excellent writing and analytical skills as well as experience taking and defending depositions and drafting dispositive motions. Candidates must be admitted to practice in California.
The reasonably expected pay scale for this position seeking an associate with 5 or more years of experience is $132,000 - $195,000. The actual salary within that range will depend on the selected candidate’s years of practice and experience. We encourage all interested candidates to apply.
