Based on performance and longevity to $16.00 an hour. Full time & Part time indoor year round work at local bait company in Deer River, MN. We are a rapidly growing bait distributor. We have several positions open for immediate hiring. (Harvesters, Sorters, Bait packers and a general helper) Summer jobs available for school kids. They are easy positions that require no experience, but applicants must be able to work at a fast pace, work independently, follow directions, show up every work day and be dependable.
