Position Summary
We are seeking a Class A CDL Truck Driver to transport finished products from our co-packing production facility to our local warehouse. This role will also involve occasional pickups of necessary items for the plant, ensuring vehicle maintenance, and assisting warehouse personnel as needed. The ideal candidate is reliable, safety-conscious, and knowledgeable in DOT regulations and warehouse operations.
Key Responsibilities
Transportation & Logistics
- Safely transport finished goods from the production facility to the local warehouse.
- Pick up materials, supplies, and other necessary items for the plant as needed.
- Ensure timely and efficient delivery schedules in coordination with warehouse and production teams.
- Take company trucks to service facilities for scheduled maintenance and repairs.
- Conduct and document pre-shift start checks to ensure compliance with DOT regulations.
