What are the responsibilities and job description for the Dispatch position at Best Beverage Service Inc?
Summary
Dispatches calls via a service app to service techs. This position also assists in accepting parts and assisting the service manager and supervisor.
Essential Functions
- Answering phones and assisting customers
- Dispatching calls to service techs
- Working with service manager and service supervisor.
- Accepting parts when warehouse personnel is not available
- Assisting in getting service HFP parts ordered through parts expeditor
- Coordinates delivery of parts to techs in the field as they arrive
- Help to maintain a clean building.
- Work as a team
Provide feedback to branch manager/ director on customer relations and techs:
- Provide feedback on the daily workings of the branch.
- Provide feedback if techs are not doing what they are supposed to be doing

- Office environment
- Warehouse environment
Physical Demands
- Must be able to lift and lower 10-30 lbs.
- Must be able to work overtime as required.

- Must be able to travel to customer sites.
Required Education and Experience
- High School Diploma/GED
- Computer skills
Preferred Education and Experience
- High School Diploma/GED
- Minimum of 1 years in office environment
