We are looking for a Collision Repair Plan Writer to join our team. If you are humble, willing to learn all aspects of the collision repair industry from the best. Duties and Responsibilities: Write Damage Assessments based on manufacturer guidelines including, but not limited to:
- Pull manufacturer specifications on all vehicles
- Identify the most cost effective, least invasive repairs following the manufacturer guidelines
- Interact with clients to explain the repairs needed while providing cost regarding the repair
- Written communication with client and third parties regarding repairs
- Help team in maintaining shop cleanliness & organization
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment
Job Requirements:
- Ability to maintain a humble, hungry and smart attitude
- Fast-paced environment combined with high customer satisfaction
- Strong written and verbal knowledge and aptitude
- Detail-oriented with excellent attention to accuracy
- Highly organized with the ability to be efficient in workflow
- Capable to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient with computer and multiple computer software programs
- Experience in auto body repairs is a plus, but not required

Pay: $4,000.00 - $6,000.00 per month
