We are seeking an experienced Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing operations during class times, managing teachers and helping with filing materials.
Duties:
Handle general office duties such as answering phones, responding to emails, and maintaining office supplies. This includes providing prompt and professional communication, addressing internal and external requests, and organizing supply orders to maintain a well-functioning workplace. You will be responsible to handle all customer intake, dealing with parents, students and teachers.
Qualifications:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication skills and phone etiquette
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
