Best Brains Learning Centers provides after-school education for students ages 3-14. Our unique program employs certified teachers to ensure quality instruction, paired with a non-repetitive curriculum designed to support students’ performance in school.
Position Overview:
Best Brains is seeking an experienced Corporate Franchise Trainer to lead training initiatives for our franchisees. This role is responsible for delivering comprehensive training programs, ensuring franchisees understand and implement Best Brains’ proven business model, and providing ongoing support to help improve their profitability and operational success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver in-person training sessions for new franchisees.
- Guide franchisees through onboarding, covering operations, marketing, customer service, and compliance.
- Assist in the creation of training materials, manuals, and best practices.
- Conduct periodic site visits to assess operations and offer hands-on support.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure training aligns with company objectives.
- Stay updated on industry trends and continuously refine training programs.
Travel Requirement:
Up to 30%
Qualifications & Skills:
- 3-5 years of experience in franchise training, corporate training, or a related field.
- Excellent management and leadership skills.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and follow-up skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and learning management systems (LMS) preferred.

Pay: $60,000 - $65,000 per annum
