- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities and autism
- Strong patient care skills and ability to conduct patient assessments

- Prior experience in supervising and diagnostic evaluation
- Familiarity with medical terminology and records
- Ability to collect and analyze data for behavioral intervention
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans based on applied behavior analysis principles.
- Implement behavior intervention strategies to address challenging behaviors and promote skill acquisition.
- Provide ongoing supervision and training to behavior technicians and caregivers.
- Collect and analyze data to measure progress and make data-driven decisions.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive care for clients.
Salary : $75,000 - $125,000
