Artisan Baker pay range of $18-22/hr!

We’re looking to add an experienced baker to our bakery team, who is passionate about creating high-quality, hand-crafted artisan breads. This individual will be responsible for mixing, shaping, and baking our artisan breads for our retail storefronts, demonstrating a high level of integrity and pride for the art of bread making as well as outstanding hospitality!

Desired Skills and Experience:

• At least 2-3 years of relative bread baking experience
• Precise and organized
• Available to work overnight shifts, weekends and holidays
• Ability to lift 50 pounds
• A working knowledge of mixing, scaling, shaping, proofing and baking
• Able to create high-quality bread by accurately following GAR formulas, processes and procedures

Este individual será responsable de mezclar, dar forma y hornear nuestros panes artesanales para nuestras tiendas minoristas, demostrando un alto nivel de integridad y orgullo por el arte de hacer pan, y una hospitalidad excepcional.

Habilidades y experiencia deseadas:

• Mínimo 2-3 anos de experiencia relativa de hornear pan
• Preciso y organizado
• Disponible para trabajar turnos nocturnos, fines de semana y días festivos
• Capacidad para levantar 50 libras
• Un conocimiento practico de mezclando, escalado, formando, fermentación de pan y horneado
• Habilidad para crear panes artesanales de alta calidad siguiendo con precisión las fórmulas, procesos y procedimientos de GAR
