Responsibilities:

• Assist customers in selecting and purchasing vehicles that meet their needs and budget.
• Provide outstanding customer service from initial contact to post-sale follow-up.
• Stay knowledgeable about our vehicle inventory, features, and promotions to offer customers the best options.
• Build long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Use dealership management software to process transactions, track leads, manage customer information, and maintain accurate sales records.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure dealership goals are met.
• Keep the showroom organized and help maintain a professional appearance of the dealership.

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Familiarity with dealership management software (DMS) is preferred, or the ability to quickly learn the system.
• Motivated and eager to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
• Weekend availability is required.
• A valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Previous sales experience is a plus, but not required—we’ll train the right candidate.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.66 - $22.00 per hour
