As the Director of Audience & Measurement Solutions, youll lead a team responsible for the foundational data solutions of a modern, scaled retail media network. Youll create strategies and deliver identity, audience and measurement solutions and platforms that produce outputs to drive activation and measurement activities for Best Buy and our advertisers. s. Youll direct digital analytics, including traffic patterns and visitor metrics, to recommend acquisition and loyalty programs. Additionally, youll recommend additions and modifications to digital platform features to enhance audience visits and returns. Your role will also involve developing relationships with distribution partners to increase audience and grow market share.

This role is hybrid, which means you will be required to work some days on-site at the Best Buy location listed on this posting and some days virtually from home or other non-Best Buy location. The specific work arrangements vary by role and team. The recruiter or hiring manager will provide more details during the hiring process.

Develop the identity and audience platform strategy and partnership vision, inclusive of buy / build, got to market, and everything in-betweenBuild a standard measurement platform across all ad products and media platformsLead a high-performing team, building a culture of drive, innovation and funLead the cleanroom practice, standing up multiple cleanrooms with top partners for both activation and measurement use casesWork with other teams to inform the data management strategy of the organizationBasic qualifications

6 years in identity, audience and data management3 years in retail media product management, or similarData-driven approachAdvertising product expertiseBias for action and resultsStrong collaboratorAbility to think strategically and have a future-focusDeep understanding of the identity and measurement landscape, including major players, disruptors, and trendsProven ability to clearly communicate future-looking plans to various levels of leaders across the organizationProven track record of building identity, audience and data solutions at scaleExperience with cleanrooms for activation and / or measurement use casesPreferred qualifications
