Job Description
As the Director of Performance Marketing - Paid Search & Sponsored Products, you will oversee a major element of the in-house Performance Marketing team, ensuring strategic alignment with enterprise and vendor goals. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing performance media campaigns within the Paid Search & Sponsored Product channels. Additionally, the role demands expertise in managing substantial media budgets and a deep understanding of biddable media processes.
This role is hybrid, which means you will work some days at a Best Buy location and some days virtually from home or another non-Best Buy location. The specific work arrangements vary by role and team. The recruiter or hiring manager will provide more details during the hiring process.
What you'll do
- Manage the Paid Search & Sponsored Products elements of the in-house performance marketing team
- Plan, execute, optimize performance media, specifically within Paid Search & Sponsored Products
- Lead cross-functionally to align performance media with enterprise and vendor goals
- Maintain and grow relationships with strategic partners such as Google, Microsoft, SA360, and Criteo
