Job Requirements:
We are looking for a highly skilled Appliance Repair Specialist to join our team. As an Electronics Installation and Maintenance Professional, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service by diagnosing and repairing complex electronics issues in customers' homes. You will also be expected to offer advice on products and services, perform complex work, and evaluate the severity of device issues.
Key Skills:
- Experience actively using and learning about home theater and appliance products
- 6 months of experience delivering, installing, or repairing consumer electronic products
- 1 year of experience in a customer service or in-home services environment
- 1 year of experience in an electronics industry
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights, and weekends
- Current, valid driver's license
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Have and maintain a driving record that meets Best Buy safety standards (e.g., minimal number of violations/accidents, etc.)
- Able to lift 75 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation and up to 150 pounds with help
