Job Description
As a Geek Squad Agent, you'll be the first point of contact for people seeking technology support, knowledge and solutions. We provide training and resources to ask the right questions, listen carefully, take detailed notes and partner with other agents as needed to help customers who visit our stores.
Working together, we create a supportive, positive environment for anyone facing tech challenges or wanting to get more out of their devices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide positive, timely service to customers during check-in and checkout processes.
- Understand technology issues by asking questions, listening, asking follow-up questions, taking detailed notes and providing accurate time estimates for next steps.
- Help set up and repair technology devices for customers.
- Monitor service queues and provide accurate status updates to customers.
- Certainly communicate and partner with fellow agents.
Basic Qualifications:
- 3 months of experience in working in retail or customer service.
- Passion for technology and desire to solve problems.
- Must be able to adapt and learn new skills in a fast-paced industry.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights and weekends.
