**Job Title: Delivery Experience Agent**
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through the safe and efficient delivery, installation, repair, and haul-away of complex appliances, televisions, and other tech devices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver major appliances into homes and other locations, ensuring accurate measurements and protection of areas along the installation route.
- Attend to delivery duties, including the installation, networking, and repair of devices, with a focus on home theater equipment and appliances.
- Provide expert advice on product placement, services, and content to ensure a seamless client experience.
- Manage inventory and vehicle maintenance in partnership with other team members.
- Provide training to new drivers and lead/assist on two-person jobs as needed.
**Requirements:**
- 6 months of consumer electronics delivery, integration, network, or repair experience, or military equivalent.
- A driving record that meets Best Buy's safety standards, including obtaining and maintaining state or local licensing as required.
- Experience in an in-home installation environment.
