Key Responsibilities
- Drives a positive customer experience by building relationships, networking, and providing solutions to everyday needs.
- Completes basic repairs and maintains physical condition of clients' devices.
- Performs basic triage in order to diagnose issues and evaluate repair costs.
- Determines parts needed and ensures all components necessary for the repair are present.
- Confidently recommends solutions, provides feedback. and educates clients.
- Receives devices and coordinates them to be shipped to the intake location.
- 6 months of experience in one or more of the following: sales, delivery, installation, networking, repair, or military equivalent
- Able to stand and sit for long periods of time
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Industry certification in networking, repair, installation, communications, or related field
- Previous customer service experience
