What are the responsibilities and job description for the Supply Chain Quality Process Coach position at Best Buy?
As a Supply Chain Quality Process Coach, you’ll promote learning and skill growth in a distribution center. You’ll ensure our training engagement model is used during new employee onboarding, existing employee training and for any retraining needs. You’ll verify the knowledge and abilities of employees in charge of leading trainings. In addition, you’ll partner with leaders and provide support in the areas of problem solving, removing obstacles, gathering insights and providing training direction.

- Create training plans based on specific training needs
- Consult with leadership to identify training gaps or overall safety within the distribution center and provide recommendations to improve building performance
- Ensure training materials and locations are organized and prepared before all training events
- Ensure regulatory compliance with the completion of training within the location
- Track and measures the effectiveness of functional training events using data and observational skills
- Help provide translated training components to account for different employee language needs
Basic qualifications
- Previous training facilitation experience
- Written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to facilitate to large audiences
- Able to stand and sit for long periods of time
- Able to lift weight up to 50 pounds with or without accommodation
Preferred qualifications
- 6 months of leadership and distribution experience
- Previous experience with Microsoft Office
- Familiarity with training models such as TWI (Training Within an Industry)
