Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional, timely service to customers during check-in and checkout processes
- Understand technology issues by asking questions, listening actively, taking detailed notes, and providing accurate time estimates for next steps
- Help set up and repair technology devices for customers
- Monitor service queues and provide accurate status updates to customers
- Clearly communicate and partner with fellow agents
Requirements:
- 3 months of experience in retail or customer service
- Passion for technology and desire to solve problems
- Able to adapt and learn new skills in a fast-paced industry
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights, and weekends
