Position: Business Development Associate
Role Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Business Development Associate/Trainee to join our team. This role is designed for individuals who are eager to learn and grow in the field of business development, sales, and client management. The candidate will work closely with senior team members to drive business growth, build client relationships, and contribute to strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
· Assist in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities to expand the company's client base.
· Assist in conducting market research to understand industry trends and competitor activities.
· Assist in developing and implementing business strategies to achieve revenue targets.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
· Address client inquiries, provide product/service information, and ensure customer satisfaction.
· Collaborate with the sales team to close deals and achieve sales goals.
· Assist in preparing and delivering sales presentations, proposals, and pitches to potential clients.
· Track and report on sales performance metrics.
· Assist in negotiating contracts and closing agreements.
· Participate in different departments' training programs to develop skills in sales, marketing, and business development.
· Shadow senior team members to gain hands-on experience in managing clients’ accounts and projects.
· Contribute to team meetings and brainstorm sessions with innovative ideas.
· Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
· Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other documentations as required.
Qualifications:
· Be eager to learn.

· A commitment to excellent customer service.
· Prior experience in retail, sales, or marketing a plus.
Education:
· Bachelor’s degree a plus.
Pay Range: $23-30 hourly
