Key Responsibilities:
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be an integral part of our customer-focused team. Your responsibilities include:
- Efficient Customer Transactions: Ensure seamless and efficient handling of customer transactions, providing a positive interaction at every touchpoint.
- Accurate Record-Keeping: Maintain precise records of customer contact information and details to enhance personalized service.
- Relationship Building: Foster and sustain strong customer relationships, representing the company's commitment to satisfaction.
- Sales Support: Answer inbound sales calls, initiate outbound sales calls, and assist customers in determining order requirements or services.
- Proactive Follow-Up: Consistently follow up with customers in a timely manner, demonstrating dedication to their needs and concerns.
- Order Management: Track stock levels, quote prices, and credit terms. Prepare sales orders and facilitate smooth transactions, including processing payments when necessary.
- Logistics Coordination: Schedule trucking and delivery of materials based on a predetermined schedule. Troubleshoot customer issues during the delivery process.
- Documentation: Create shipping orders and packing lists with meticulous attention to detail.
- Collaboration: Partner with Sales Representatives to maintain accurate account transactions and literature. Foster a collaborative environment through effective communication with the team.
- Problem Resolution: Appropriately identify and escalate customer issues, ensuring prompt and satisfactory resolution.
- Product Knowledge: Retain up-to-date knowledge of company products to provide informed assistance to customers.

Qualifications:
