Job Title: Marketing Coordinator
Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for the design, content generation, and execution of digital campaigns across all social media platforms in alignment with Company goals and strategic initiatives.
In partnership with the marketing team, coordinate trade show logistics, including booth setup, promotional materials, vendor communication, and on-site execution.
Conduct in-depth market research, social media analysis, and competitive assessments to unearth growth opportunities.
Track, maintain and organize marketing assets, including digital files and media libraries, ensuring accessibility and efficiency.
Provide invaluable administrative support to the marketing department which require strong attention to detail.
Qualifications:
2-5 years of experience in marketing or a similar role.
An innate passion for marketing paired with a drive for professional advancement.
Expertise in key social media platformsFacebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and X alongside a solid grasp of best practices.
Exceptional organizational skills and time management abilities for efficient multitasking and deadline management.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a sharp eye for detail.
Experience with Adobe Suites, Mailchimp and Simple Texting is a plus.
Knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, Google Ads, and other digital marketing tools.
Event planning experience is a plus, particularly in coordinating trade shows.
Industry experience in stone and cabinets is a plus but not required.
Availability for occasional business travel, approximately 15% - 20% annually.
A proactive, adaptable mindset conducive to rapid learning and seamless teamwork.
Education:
Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
Working Conditions:
Multiple environments including office and warehouse.
Must be able to occasionally lift up to 30 lbs.
Pay Range: $22/hour - $27/hour
