What You Bring:
- Sales Excellence: Exceed sales quotas and goals by proactively seeking new business opportunities and qualifying leads.
- Customer Relationship Management: Develop and maintain long-term customer relationships, ensuring a positive experience from initial contact to project completion.
- Strategic Planning: Implement strategic plans to drive product and service pitches, utilizing established processes and procedures.
- Lead Generation: Engage in both "cold calling" and following up on "warm" leads from various sources, including business directories, trade shows, referrals, and online platforms.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate client records, submit sales orders promptly, and prepare weekly and monthly reports.
- Client Visits: Plan and complete local and out-of-state visits, focusing on evaluating needs, presenting products/services, and building rapport.

Skills and Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience in a sales-driven environment, demonstrating a proven track record of achieving targets
- Flexibility: Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, to accommodate customer needs
- Excellent reading, communication, and math skills, coupled with a strong commitment to providing outstanding customer service
- Decision-making and Problem-solving: Excellent decision-making ability and problem-solving skills to navigate complex customer needs
- Proactively acquire new customers through a variety of methods, including cold calls and reactivating dormant accounts
- Stone and/or Cabinet experience preferred
- At least 2 years of Customer Service experience
- Willingness travel extensively (50% travel for the first 24 months)
