Our factory-direct facilities on both coasts offer slabs, prefabricated countertops, prefabricated vanity tops, tiles, mosaics, façade panels and cut-to-size items; our west coast facility is home to the country’s largest selection of prefabricated countertops and vanity tops.
We are looking for great talent for our current opening- Stone Sales Assistant
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers in selecting stone and slab materials based on their needs and project requirements.
- Schedule the slab view with warehouse
- Provide product knowledge on different types of stone, including durability, maintenance, and applications.
- Support the sales with inquiries, quotes, and order processing.
- Prepare samples/ sample tower for customers.
- Coordinate with the procurement team and logistics teams to track inventory and ensure timely deliveries.
- Assist with marketing efforts, promotions, and showroom events.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues related to product availability or delivery.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Education: High school diploma required; a degree in business, sales, or a related field is a plus.
- Experience: Previous experience in sales, customer service, and the stone industry is preferred.
- Product Knowledge: Understanding of stone types (marble, granite, quartz, etc.) and their applications is an advantage.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and sales software.
- Organizational Abilities: Strong multitasking skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage inventory records.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication for interacting with clients and team members.
- Customer Service Oriented: Friendly and professional approach to assisting customers.
- Language: Bilingual (English & Spanish) is preferred
