Pay Rate: $160,000- $180,000

Scope of the Role

The Director of Integration will be responsible for driving and owning the seamless integration of data, systems, platforms, and technologies across the organization. This role will be overseeing the integration of data between third-party vendors and internal systems and data warehouse. You will partner with key stakeholders, including senior leadership, to deliver integration projects that support the company s scalability and growth.

Reporting Structure

The Director of Integration is a key member of the Technology Team and reports to the Senior Director of Technology & Innovation but will report to the Vice President of Operations & Technology in the interim. This position also partners with key cross-functional team members across the organization.

Essential Functions & Key Responsibilities

• Strategize and develop detailed integration plans that align with the company s overall business objectives and technology roadmap to ensure successful integration
• Own the end-to-end integration platform by managing all aspects of data and system integration across the organization, such as enterprise system, software and internal application, ensuring all aspects are managed efficiently
• Partner with key stakeholders, department heads to address their integration needs and projects that align with key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Develop a critical alert system to notify the internal team of any integration issues.
• Build and lead a team of 5 integration developers, including offshore team members, ensuring 24/7, year-round availability to address integration emergencies while providing guidance, mentorship, and career development to maintain a high level of service and reliability.
• Establish and build performance metrics and KPIs (key performance indicators) to ensure continuous improvement
• Strategize on potential risks and challenges, developing mitigation plans to address any obstacles that may arise during the integration process ensuring minimal disruption to the day-to-day business operations.
• Drive team growth, career pathing, hiring, and retention, with these elements being key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Develop and execute a comprehensive integration strategy, ensuring alignment with the company's broader vision without disrupting daily operations.
• Own the real-time integration, ensuring that all processes run smoothly and efficiently.
• Lead a team, promoting a collaborative and high-performance culture, providing guidance, feedback, and support to ensure team members meet and exceed individual and collective goals.
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications & Required Experience

• Bachelor s degree in computer science, Information Technology or related field
• 10 years of experience in technology integration roles, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
• Proven experience in strategic planning, project management, and stakeholder engagement
• Excellent project management skills with a track record of delivering complex projects on time
• Experience in managing offshore teams
• Proven experience in cloud-based integration platforms and tools such as Azure, GCP, AWS
• Ecommerce marketplace experience is a plus
• Proven experience with integration platforms such as Dell Boomi, MuleSoft and opensource integration systems, or similar technologies.
• Experience in managing offshore teams
• Strong knowledge of ERP systems, data warehousing, and real-time integration methodologies.
• Proven track record of a results-driven approach to project management
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve integration issues quickly and effectively
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make quick decisions in high-pressure situations.
