Scope of the Role

The Senior Director of Influencer and Affiliate Marketing will lead the strategy and execution of influencer and affiliate marketing campaigns that align with our brand's mission to deliver high-quality products at unbeatable prices. This role will be responsible for identifying, building, and managing relationships with influencers, content creators, brand ambassadors and affiliates across a wide range of categories, driving measurable business results, brand awareness, and customer engagement. Gaining expertise in campaign execution, contract negotiation, and performance analysis will help foster long-lasting partnerships and optimize growth through influencer and affiliate channels.

Reporting Structure

The Senior Director of Influencer & Affiliate Marketing is a member of the Brand Team and reports to the Vice President of Brand. This position also partners with key cross-functional team members across the organization.

Essential Functions & Key Responsibilities

• Develop and lead a comprehensive influencer and affiliate marketing strategy that supports the company's business goals, target audience, and brand identity.
• Manage end-to-end influencer and affiliate campaigns with clear objectives, KPIs, and measurable business impact, ensuring alignment with key marketing initiatives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers, affiliates, and content creators across multiple platforms, overseeing outreach, negotiations, and contractual agreements.
• Define and establish goals and success metrics for each partnership, providing detailed reporting that outlines KPIs, insights, and actionable recommendations.
• Identify and engage authentic influencer profiles across key categories, driving brand awareness and credibility.
• Create campaign briefs that clearly define deliverables, KPIs, and posting requirements for influencers and affiliates.
• Collaborate with the social media and content teams to integrate influencer-generated content, co-branded promotions, and giveaway opportunities into larger marketing initiatives.
• Manage the influencer and affiliate marketing budget to maximize ROI and ensure efficient use of resources.
• Stay on top of industry trends, emerging platforms, and best practices in social media, influencer, and affiliate marketing, and apply relevant insights to optimize strategies.
• Serve as the brand's voice in the influencer and affiliate space, maintaining alignment with Best Choice Products' values and brand standards.
• Foster community engagement by promoting discussions, sharing valuable insights, and contributing to the overall growth of our online presence.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
