We need an experienced canvasser that is willing to build a team and become a leader.
Who will you be working for? ME!
I am an engineer by training but I figured out how to CRUSH IT in canvassing & how to build a team.
Started out knocking 25 doors per day Monday through Friday from 2-7PM (2 hours of knocking) and 50 doors per days on Saturdays from 10am-6PM with no training.
Took me a month for my first contingency (customer).
3 months until I hit my first $101,000 in sales.
After that I hit $101k 5 more times in 7 months.
When I was at my best it took me 12 knocks or 3 talks to sign up 1 customer
My average is a $1000 commission check for every 50 doors I knocked or 18 people I talked to

Here is my expectation for you:
By quarter earnings over 2 years
Y1 Q1: $18k ($73k annual run rate)
Y1 Q2: $22k ($88k annual run rate)
Y1 Q3: $30k ($120k annual run rate)
Y1 Q4: $37k ($148k annual run rate)
Y2 Q1: $38k ($152k annual run rate)
Y2 Q2: $40k ($160k annual run rate)
Y2 Q3: $43k ($172k annual run rate)
Y2 Q4: $46k ($186k annual run rate)
