Overview: WHO is Best Choice Roofing?
Best Choice Roofing (or BCR) is a leading contractor in the roofing industry. With over 15 years of expertise, knowledge in the industry, and over 60,000 completed home improvement projects. BCR was founded in 2009 in Hendersonville, TN and has quickly grown into the 4th largest residential roofing contractor in the nation! And no plans of slowing down whatsoever. Our Mississippi team consists of 3 major locations: Hattiesburg, Jackson, Tupelo. We are looking to grow our team in Tupelo!
Duties as a sales representative:
First and foremost, we train every single one of our reps how to go out into the field and produce their very own business as well as generating their own leads. Our one of a kind training that we provide for our employees has introduced a structure that is unmatched after being in the industry for over a decade and half. No experience needed!
As a sales rep for BCR, the daily duties are very simple. Our sales reps obtain their very own clientele through canvassing efforts and referrals. We don't wait on the phone to ring at BCR, we go straight to the customers! We focus solely on storm damage restoration. So we are always looking for storm damaged roofs and assist our customers in getting full roof replacements through their homeowners insurance. We essentially sell something and make someone else pay for it. Talk about a sweet deal!
What to expect working at BCR:
Most folks in Mississippi are very accustomed to an hourly wage job or low salary job for a "secure life" financially. At BCR, you literally have uncapped income potential. Meaning we are not going to tell you what you are worth. You determine what you make here by sheer effort and work ethic.
