Due to the demand from recent weather events that have affected tens of thousands of property owners, we are immediately hiring 4-6 Weather Damage Experts to our fast-growing team. We have openings right now for new and experienced individuals.
We only want go-getters who are willing to follow our proven system – BCR 101!
The average Weather Damage Expert at BCR makes between $63,840-$138,320/year, with the top performers bringing home north of $190,000/year. Compensation is based on performance, experience, and ability to exceed goals. Maximum earnings potential is typically achieved when working 40 hours/week.
Responsibilities:
- Engage with local community
- Conduct weather damage inspections
- Communicate with customers and insurance providers
- Daily activity reports on CRM and app
- Participate in ongoing training opportunities
Requirements:
- Outstanding communication and organizational skills
- Highly self-motivated with the ability to learn and adapt quickly
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to function well in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver license.
- Must have a smart-phone.
