Operations Manager

NYC opening, temp to perm, salary 60-70k when perm.

Operations manager for an office of about 25 employees. Person will handle most HR functions, recruiting, payroll, working with PEO, liaison with the building, help with IT inquiries for staff with IT consulting firm.

Office is downtown, Wall Street, needs someone in the office 5 days a week.
