We provide a variety of exceptional garment-based services including dry cleaning and tailoring. Customer Service Representatives play an important part in giving our customers the excellent service that makes us successful. You will help welcome the customers to the store, receive and process their garments, and complete financial transactions. While entry level candidates are encouraged to apply, experience with management, handling cash transactions and face to face customer service is beneficial. The ideal Customer Service Representative is a leader, a quick learner, has an outgoing professional demeanor, and a high attention to detail. For part-time Customer Service Representatives, we offer: •

Duties and Responsibilities for Customer Service Representatives Include:
- Provide superior friendly service to all of our customers
- Project a positive attitude;
- Smile and use welcoming body language
- Receive and mark-in dry cleaning, shirts, and tailoring
- Prepare finished garments for customer pick-up
- Use computer to generate invoices and perform cash transactions as per official procedures
- Sell additional services
- Handle customers' inquiries and requests on the phone and in-person
- Perform minor repairs to clothing
- Any additional tasks assigned by Plant Manager or upper management
Requirements
- A “customer first” philosophy.
- A positive attitude.
- Basic computer skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Understanding of flow of garments as it pertains to production standards.
- Flexibility to increase/reduce hours during busy/slow periods.
- This job may entail hot indoor air temperatures, noisy conditions, standing for long periods of time and lifting garments and products up to 30lbs.
